Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting EduPulse Africa. We are committed to providing high-quality digital resources, training, and professional development services for educators and schools.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, templates, toolkits, guides, planners, and digital materials are generally final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital templates
  • Toolkits
  • Planners
  • Checklists
  • Dashboards
  • Guides
  • Online resource bundles
  • Downloadable files

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Webinar & Online Training Registrations

Live Webinars & Online Workshops

Refund requests for webinars or online training sessions may be considered under the following conditions:

✔ Refunds may be granted if:

  • The cancellation request is made at least 5 business days before the event
  • EduPulse Africa cancels the event
  • Technical issues on our side prevent attendance and access

❌ Refunds will generally not be granted:

  • For non-attendance
  • For change of mind after purchase
  • If replay access or resources have already been provided
  • Within 5 business days of the event

3. Transfers & Credits

Where possible, EduPulse Africa may offer:

  • Transfer of registration to another participant
  • Credit toward a future webinar or training session

Requests must be made in writing before the event date.


4. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product or event, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly.


5. Faulty or Corrupted Files

If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible, or corrupted, we will:

  • Provide a replacement file
  • Assist with access issues
  • Resolve technical problems where possible

Customers must report issues within 7 days of purchase.


6. Custom Services & Consulting

Refunds for customised services, consulting, or school-specific projects are subject to the terms agreed upon in the service proposal or contract.


7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing depending on the payment provider or bank.
